I purchased the Honda Civic from you last week and collected it on Friday. I would just like to say that I am very pleased with the car and the service we received whilst buying it. We needed a tow bar and you arranged for this to be done as promised, with the fitter coming around to our house to complete the job. The car was MOT'd, serviced and cleaned before being released to us, and Paul stayed behind on the Friday night so that we could pick it up after we had finished work. After having a test drive, where Paul again went through details of the vehicle and explained any differences from my previous car, we decided to purchase the 2010 Vauxhall Zafira.The work that Paul did on this vehicle was above and beyond what I expected to make sure that the car was in a complete safe state for my family (it was in a good state already but Paul's standard of service and quality made sure it was in the best condition possible)From leaving a deposit for the car to the point of collection, customer service in Paul contacting myself and being able to contact him was second to none.I have had the car now for about 2 weeks and have made some long journeys with my family and absolutely love the car.I would and have recommended Roston Park Motors and Paul himself to my friends and family for the service and quality of the vehicles that they have on offer and their first class customer service. I was recommended to this car garage after my mum bought one a year before. I picked a ford s max as I'm having my 4th baby and needed a big family car. It took about 10 days from paying my deposit until the car was delivered to me as i paid for the garage to change the cam belt and they needed to fix the parking sensors. I live in Coventry so Paul kindly brought the car to me to save me getting the bus with 3 children. I've now owned the car for about 6 months and it drives well. The battery died within the first few weeks and Paul came over to my house with a new one and we went halves which I thought was a really nice gesture. A week or two later my husband was driving behind me and noticed the right back light was flickering which is a common fault and then a week after that the child lock malfunctioned and the rear back window would go up and down. Paul ordered a new light but it was faulty so he did fit a new one a couple of weeks ago with no cost to me and then a few days back he collected my car and took it to have the electric window motor replaced and dropped it back same dayA couple of faults but all in all minor and he kept to his legal duty of being able to go back to the dealer within the first 6 months with any issues and I'm thankful for that. The effort that Paul has put in over the time has been the best I've had from any car dealer and I've had a fewMy husband is now saving up and will be going to Paul later in the year for his new car and I have recommended him to family and friendsThanks Paul for everything you've done to keep my family on the road, I really appreciate it*Update** I've now owned the car and put it through two MOTs, to which it sailed through and the mechanic commented last week on its good condition. Back in June this year I returned to Paul at Roston Park to buy what is now the third vehicle our family has purchased from him. I bought an immaculate Vauxhall insignia to suit my work needs and the service that I have received from Paul has not disappointed.Before purchasing the car Paul openly informed me of the known concerns he had with the car and informed me of the plan he had in place to ensure these were resolved before I received the car. He did just that to the best of his abilities with a full service and MOT.Unfortunately for us both a couple of the issues did reappear. I informed Paul of this and he did not hesitate to have the car back off me and did his best to turn it around as quickly as possible once more.Paul's level of passion to deliver the best possible service is admirable and he will always ensure that he has updated you as much as possible. Having just got my car from here today I'm extremely happy. The chap I've dealt with through out the purchase - Paul - has been nothing but helpful, honest, and just carries himself with integrity.I won't state the details here, as I feel the need for discretion to save the fella from being bombareded with the same scenario. But basically there was a situation where Paul was willing to go above and beyond what you would expect from any owner of any type of business. I really appreciated this.
